Brandon May Cancellation Policy

At Brandon May, welcome every type of person through our doors. We appreciate everyone who chooses to use us as their salon. However we, also, have to protect ourselves from clients who are simply not serious about attending their appointments.

Due to the nature of our business we now operate this cancellation policy.

All appointments are subject to a non-refundable booking fee. This is £15 for cuts and blow dries and anything technical is £30. This is transferable where more than 2 full days notice given.

We respectfully ask that any guests unable to make their appointment give us more than 2 full days notice. Where this isn’t given, booking fees will be lost.

We send out text and email reminders three days before your appointment, please reply YES or NO as soon as possible. If we have not heard back within 24 hours we will call you. If we are unable to reach you the appointment will be opened up again and booking fee lost.

All new colour guests, or those that haven’t had a colour with us with the last 6 months are required to have a patch test at least 48 hours prior to their appointment – No exceptions. If you have failed to come for one then the appointment will be cancelled and the booking fee not refunded.

Any guests who fail to show for an appointment or cancel within 24 hours more than once will be required to pay 50% of their future appointment as a booking fee for all future appointments.
